Frambozschella is the result of the blend of different beers fermented with lactic bacteria and yeasts. It is enriched with beer aged in barrels in the presence of Brettanomyces, a wild yeast that gives a touch of rusticity. The blend is then left to macerate on raspberries for a certain period of time.
IBU (bitterness): the higher the number, the more bitter the beer is.
EBC (colore): the higher the number, the darker the beer is.
Intense rosé color, with ruby red nuances. Slightly persistent pink foam.
Hints of raspberries, red currants, wild strawberries and pomegranate.
Raspberry, lactic acidity and light citrus notes stand out on the palate.
Available all year round.
