Great news for Birrificio del Ducato! From 1st January 2022, some of the beer brands of our family, Duvel Moortgat, will be distributed directly through our sales network.

In fact, after 15 years of excellent and profitable collaboration, Duvel Moortgat and its historic distributor in Italy, Interbrau, have decided to take different paths starting from 1 January 2022.

From that date, Birrificio del Ducato will independently take care of promoting and selling Duvel products in Italy through our commercial structure.

Today, after many years of excellent collaboration, Duvel and Interbrau feel the need for new stimuli and horizons, leaving themselves as respectful partners and loyal friends, as evidenced by the photograph taken on the occasion of Duvel Moortgat’s 150th-anniversary celebrations, which took place on 2 September 2021 and was attended by the Managing Director of Interbrau, Sandro Vecchiato.

Until 31 December 2021, Interbrau will regularly remain the sole distributor in Italy of Duvel Moortgat’s “Chouffe” and “Vedett” products.
