Single malt, single hop: the supreme law of IPA.
Single Hop IPA with low alcohol content, made with only one type of malt and one type of hops, that every year is different. It is used 100% in the recipe. There is no need for artifice when talk about raw materials. Then only one malt (Pale), one single yeast and, of course, only one hop (Simcoe in the limited edition 2018) .
IBU (bitterness): the higher the number, the more bitter the beer is.
EBC (color): the higher the number, the darker the beer is.
Golden yellow color. Persistent foam.
Citrus scents, resinous hints and herbaceous notes.
Dry on the palate. Balanced bitterness.
Cheeses. Red meats. Cured meat. Spicy dishes.
