Single Hop IPA
No artifice is needed when raw materials talk.
Single Hop IPA brewed with a single type of malt, Pale, and a single type of hops, which we change every year and use 100% in the recipe. The 2021 limited edition features Talus hops, an experimental variety (HBC 692) that was created in October 2020 and released in 2021. Talus has intense aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus peel, dried flowers, pine resin, tropical fruit and sage. Its unique features are well preserved in the glass and make it particularly suited to reign supreme in West Coast styles.
Top-fermented beer, a mixture of recurring and unique characteristics given by the different type of hop used. The character of the hops is affected from time to time by the particular variety used in purity.
