There’s no need for artifice when talking about raw materials. Single malt (Pale) and single hop (Sabro in the 2019 limited edition) are the main ingredients of our seasonal IPA. Sabro is an aroma hop that is notable for its complexity of fruity and citrus flavors. Officially released for the first time with 2018 crop, it’s one of the most hyped hops around. It imparts distinct tangerine, coconut, tropical fruit, and stone fruit aromas, with hints of cedar, mint, and cream. With a robust brewing performance, Sabro proves to be a strongly expressive hop that translates its flavor incredibly well into beer.
IBU (bitterness): the higher the number, the more bitter the beer is.
EBC (color): the higher the number, the darker the beer is.
Golden yellow color. Persistent foam.
