The inspiration was born in the spring of 2006 during Giovanni Campari’s training course at Birrificio Italiano. Enthusiastic and excited because he felt that he was going to realize the dream he had been harboring for a long time, every morning he repeated to himself “this is a new day”. At the same time the first buds were blossoming on the branches foreshadowing the beginning of spring. He decided to make a beer dedicated to this season. A Saison, indeed, a beer traditionally produced by farmers in the Wallonia region of Hainaut, strongly linked to the land and what it offers. The choice of herbs and spices was far from simple: Giovanni wanted to evoke the scents of a flowery field. At the same time the beer should be fresh, intriguing and absolutely drinkable.
IBU (bitterness): the higher the number, the more bitter the beer is.
EBC (color): the higher the number, the darker the beer is.
