L’Ultima Luna is the beer created by the brewmaster to celebrate the birth of his first son, Matteo. It is aged in Amarone barrels, filled only for 2/3 of their volume to favor the oxidation of beer with air (a tribute to the oxidized wines of Andalusia). The beer ages at least 24 months, up to 48 months. For the 11th years of the Brewery a special edition of 60 months has been produced. What fascinates in this beer is the exceptional complexity of tertiary aromas due to oxidation (leather, Madeira, dried fruit, cocoa, wood, toasted almond).
IBU (bitterness): the higher the number, the more bitter the beer is.
EBC (color): the higher the number, the darker the beer is.
Deep copper color with red reflections. Dense and complex.
Persistent aromas from dried fruit to bitter cocoa, evolutionary over time.
Evolutionary taste over the time, it has notes of walnut and dried fruit tending to apricot.
All year round.
